How I Might Use It
I use QuestionWell to design authentic, learner-driven activities aligned to the ISTE Educator Standard 2.5 Designer. By generating a bank of questions from any article, video, or text, QuestionWell allows me to quickly create differentiated prompts that encourage students to critically engage with content. Students then evaluate the accuracy, validity, and relevance of the information (ISTE Student Standard 1.3b) by comparing how different questions highlight bias, perspective, or evidence within a resource. For example, I might pair QuestionWell-generated questions with student-led discussions where learners determine which questions best probe the credibility of an article or video. This process not only deepens comprehension but also fosters reflection, agency, and collaborative meaning-making. Ultimately, QuestionWell helps me create inclusive and flexible learning opportunities where students practice evaluating information and building knowledge in authentic contexts.

#2 Google Forms
Grades 3-12

How I Might Use It
I use Google Forms to extend the impact of QuestionWell by transforming generated questions into interactive assessments and surveys. This supports the ISTE Educator Standard 2.5 Designer, as I can quickly create personalized and flexible learning activities that give students multiple ways to demonstrate mastery. Exporting directly from QuestionWell into Google Forms streamlines the process, freeing time to focus on differentiation and feedback. For students, this aligns with ISTE Student Standard 1.3b (evaluate information), because learners engage with prompts that require them to analyze the validity and accuracy of content before responding. I often use Google Forms for exit tickets, formative checks, and reflective self-assessments, where students not only answer but also provide evidence to justify their thinking. This integration creates efficient, authentic, and inclusive learning opportunities that adapt to student needs while supporting higher-order thinking.
