FAQ

  • Q: Do I need to follow the exact route?

A: Not at all! Routes are designed as flexible guides, not rigid requirements. Feel free to skip booths that aren't relevant to your needs, spend extra time at booths that interest you, or add stops along the way. The goal is purposeful exploration that serves your specific educational challenges and interests.

  • Q: How long does a typical route take?

A: Most Routes can be completed in 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace and level of engagement at each booth. Peer-Curated Routes typically include 8-12 booth stops, but you control the timing. Some attendees prefer quick 5-minute conversations at each booth for an overview, while others spend 10-15 minutes diving deeper into solutions that interest them most.

  • Q: What if a booth is too crowded when I get there?

A: No problem! You can continue to the next stop and circle back later, or ask booth staff when might be a better time to return. Many exhibitors are happy to schedule brief follow-up conversations. Remember, Routes are self-paced - there's no pressure to hit every booth in sequence.

  • Q: How do I get swag and provide feedback?

A: Return to the Trailblazer Stage (Booth #2269) after completing your Route to share your discoveries and experiences with our guides. When you provide feedback, you can spin the wheel to earn swag like insulated tumblers and enjoy refreshments at our space!
